2.)Collection agencies are not permitted to call before 8 A.M. or after 9 P.M. in your time zone.
3.) Use of racial slurs, obscenities, insults, or unreasonable threats is out of the question.
4.) No collection agency or its employee can pretend to be an attorney or court employee, or create any communication that would look like it came from one.
5.) No collection agency can threaten you with arrest for an unpaid debt.

If we can get enough complaints filed, then hopefully the FTC will shut them down.

Constantly calls, day and night. I am not amused. Never any voicemail, even calls between midnight and 5 am, almost got me in trouble at work when I forgot to turn my ringer off. No one I know is awake all night, now if this number would just stop.

they call from this number and another starting with 855 as well when calling my voice mail picked up who ever was calling didnt realize it bunch of morons it was a woman n sum guys
