Some how someone got into my computer & put a notice on saying they
were Microsoft tech.'s & to call this number as I had a virus. I called & knew this was not Microsoft & hung up. I got a call right back & when I asked who I was talking too they hung up. The phone ID said Elegance Solutions number 855-808-6056.

Caller: elegance Solutions but said they were microsoft tech's
