The caller called my daughter's cell phone to offer TWC special deals. I spoke with the person who called himself Simon. He asked for my security code ( I gave it), he asked for my username and password, and I didn't give it to him. He also wanted my SS#, quoted different prices when asked for a breakdown several times, kept me on hold for a while until I realized it was a scam due to the hold-time and accent. I called TWC and they never ask for that type of info. I feel stupid after the fact.
