Anthem BC/BS: Keeps calling my cell number where I told in the past to only call my landline number 5 or 6 times. Wanted too much information. Asked operation only to call land number and she was confused as whether to keep my cell number. When they call me on the cell line, the operator told me to hold while they look up my information. Too suspicious for me.
