Student grants and scholarships
It was difficult to tell. Left a message on my answering machine, in a heavy accent (possibly Indian or Pakistani), speaking very fast and unclearly. Most of it was unintelligible. I was able to make out the word "education" and the same phone number which came up on Caller ID. Googling the number brings up reports of calls from this number advertising some sort of educational program.
