Continued calls when they are told the bill is already paid with receipt to prove it; evidently, they buy bundles of old debts and try to collect, wrongfully.

They called me several times and when i answered, they want me to verify my address however once i explained that i wasn't going to do that, they said they can't go any further with the call. Now they call EVERYDAY!!! They won't say what they're calling for besides that it's a personal business matter. I continue to tell them that i'm not going to verify anything besides my name because of security purposes and they continue to tell me that they can't go any further without verifying my address.
