These people are bottom feeders. They called me trying to collect on a debt from 7 years ago for $ 200.00. I told them I have no intention of paying a debt that was 7 years old and not even on my credit report. They kept saying it's on my credit report and will stay on for 15 years. I told them in a nice calm voice that in the Province of Ontario a company that's owed money has 2 years from the date of last activity to start legal action in court to try and collect. He became very rude, and said he will keep calling everyday until I pay the debt and he said he will call my family, my boss and my friends. I then told him in a polite voice that he's only allowed to call 3 times a week, and if he attempts to call anybody else about any debt he will be sued, and the company will be sued for releasing private information to a third party.

Bottom line is that if you are nice to them, it really pisses them off, and never pay a cent for a debt that's 2 years plus old because if you do the clock resets and they can go after you in court.

Calls about someone I don't know and wont stop.

Had a message - urgent that we call back in regards to Henry Patenaude file #1278543 and ext 229. I asked what it was about. Asked if I new the person, said may be my husband's brother. The persona asked if he was born in 1925 - that would make him 89 years old. Told him NO then the phone call ended.

Action Collections calling regarding a Cash Store loan i took out many years ago...told them once the lawsuits are done on these companies for overcharging more than the 100% on their loans they could call me back to get money...cash advance stores are illegal to begin with....they call 2-3 times a day leave message blah blah blah....

Oh, I love doing my research first. Got the call last night while out from Mr. Angoti saying to call him back immediately at extension 229. Some big deal that needed my urgent attention. Big give away when he calls you by your wife's maiden name. I'm going to have a blast with this guy when he hopefully calls back...

I have been getting calls from this number repeatedly, looking for someone named Amelia White. They have a system that says if you are her press 1 if not press 2. whether you press 2 it gives you a message to have her call them back. If you press 1 it gives you the same message. I eventually called back and go somebody who said they would remove my number. This has been going on fo several months.

Keep calling at 7:36pm on Jan. 3/14 and called again at 8:50pm on Jan. 2 for a Brian Picketts no other information is left it's just an automated system calling. Says its not a solicitation call but leaves an address of the company.

I am getting calls from 1-855-824-0653 every single day for Wandy Robertson from Action Collection Agency.

they claim to be collection agency looking for a Leclair person (last name)..I can't make out 1st name. they call everyday ..

I got a phone call from this number yesterday about my step-daughter. They said she owned 668.88$. They gave me an account number, his name is: Ngoddy with local 229.

Collection agency, or so they say. They call several times a week and sometimes twice a day.

Action, Collections and Receivables, Puts a name and regarding #####. Calls 3-5 times a week.

I keep getting these guys calling me multiple times a day for different people. I tell them they have the wrong number, but the same automated call comes the next day.
