I received two calls, one to my cell phone and one to my home number. The call to my cell phone, the person said their name was Rebecca Holmes and that was named in a wage garishment case. She also gave the last four digits of a ssn number which were not mine. I receive the same call at my home number with the same message but this time they had my last four digits of my ssn. I called them acting as someone calling on my behalf. The person asked where I was and why was I unable to make the call. I said she is still at work and was requesting their address as well as valdation of the debt. The person said why do I need their address and they didn't know who I was and why wasn't I calling instead and when will I be available. I said I was an attorney and they asked for a bar number at which point I hung up. The question I had was why are they hestant about giving out their address or valdation papers.
