Calling my home and work has been going on for months, they are trying to get money from people

This company called my uncle looking for me, They called twice, first was an automated message saying this was a legal matter and gave a file number, and to have myself or my attorney call them back. Second call was a woman named Ms. Cooper, she announced my uncles full name, and said they were trying to resolve a legal matter. I have never had any legal trouble, and have never taken out loans. I also have never given my uncles number out to anyone as a number to get ahold of me. I have seen numerous complaints on this number and this company. Regional credit solutions, and their scam.
