A friend of mine got a call this evening from a "BLOCKED" number with a message that he was going to be arrested by the LOCAL SHERIFF & charged with a crime for NOT PAYING HIS PAST DUE BILLS.... and was told to call this toll-free number 855-845-5521 along with a claim# to reference... They had a very thick INDIAN ACCENT.
