This is phone number for Direct Energy for Texas and Ohio. When I went to the Direct energy web site I sent them a message regarding their annoying phone call which when answered hangs up on you. I did speak with a nice lady in Texas who explained that I needed to call the Ohio number 866-566-9988 and when I did all that happened was the phone line went blank... Not even elevator music while on hold. I keep the line open for 3-4 minutes but nobody ever cam on the line.
I am filing a complaint with the BBB about there annoying call.

I now HATE this number, they call every day. Nobody on line. Call back gets recording for Direct Energy. Maybe them, maybe not, but I did go to their website and sent them the offending number and threat to have phone company start tracking and keeping copies of times called since I'm on the "do not call" and if they keep it up I will then sue them. If it's not them, then it's someone who hates them and actually wants to drive possible customers away. Unbelievable they would call everyday and leave a dead line each time. I've now turned on Call Blocking in my DECT6 Panasonic phone system just for them.
