They call from early in the am to late in the PM ever since I dropped TXU service

This number does belong to TXU and even though I've spoken to them several times about why I cancelled my service with them, they continue to call. Have decided to report and block the number.

Called me 5 times within 3 days, seems like automatic telephone system, leave no message.

They call every 5 mins leaves no message

I know the number belongs to TXU. They have been calling every five minutes for the last month and a half and never once left a message. This morning I answered a call from this number and no one ever said anything, so I called them back. I spoke with a woman who assured me that she would update their system so we would no longer get a call every five minutes, that we would not be contacted for at least two weeks. Two hours later, I get ANOTHER call from the same number. I was unable to answer the phone at that time, so I called back, thinking maybe there was a problem. Again, I got the same explanation from another woman who ALSO assured me that as we were speaking she was updating the information to prevent us from being bombarded with calls from them. Within five minutes of hanging up, I get ANOTHER call from them. This is what I consider harassment!!! I have spoken to three different people from the same damn company within the matter of two hours!!!!

Seriously, every 5 minutes for two weeks and youwould have gotten no sleep and called the police by that time. People do exaggerate don't they?

Couldn't answer the phone none of those times? More like didn't want to talk to anyone for fear it was a bill collector... then looked it up on this site to see who it was. LOL
