I have received 3 calls over the last three days, first two came from 855-873-4013, today's call was from 855-862-5193. All were the same recording as mentioned above, "there has been a complaint filed against ". The interesting thing is the name is not mine, never heard of the person. I have just been hanging up, figuring it was some scam.

I received a call from 855-873-4013, I didn't recognize the number so I let it go to voicemail. I listened to the voicemail 30 minutes later, which was a recorded call that said a formal complaint had been made against me. I called the number back and the man who answered said he was from a company called PFS. He said that I owed a Payday Loan from 2008. I asked the name of the Company I supposedly owed money to, he told me the info, and I had never heard of them. I told him i have not received any information by mail. PFS has my previous address, I moved 2 years old, I did not feel comfortable giving them my new address. I was told if I did not pay the amount owed I would be going to court.

This number has called me too. I don't know what I could have done to be in any trouble like they are making it sound. I don't know if they have contacted my job. All I know is I wish I knew what to do about this. If there are some way to sue for this.

I usually look it up to see who it is but for some reason I answered it. They called again today. My work phone and my cell phone. If they call to tomorrow they will not like what I have to say and they will probably hang up on me.

This number called me and it's a recording they call my son phone too saying a complaint has been filed against me, don't know who these people are and I don't owe anybody money , they never leave a message, never received anything in the mail about any type of complaint file against me

Recieved the same call this morning. Same old scam artist and they are also using the phone number 855-872-4975. They left a threatening message about legal action. i don't owe anyone and I will not return their calls.

Threatening legal action. Have called all my kids,my work, my phone. Do not identify themselves. Just File!! Quit Calling. I have received NOTHING in the mail. Isnt that the first step?

I received this same call this morning at 10:08 am PST saying there has been a complaint filed against me. It starts out as an automated call so I followed the prompts and spoke to a man. They claim they are a company called PFS and they are a mediator representing their client, Access Processing. They claim I owe them $560 from an online loan prior to 2010. They had all my personal information including my social security number. They told me if I refuse to settle this payment today I would be taken to court. Of course I did not give them money! It sounds very official and frightened me for a moment wondering what I may have done 6 years ago!

Same old trick...... Scam artist. Thank you for all the post and listings. They should be ashamed of themselves. I wouldn't even call them back.

I just got the same call about my where abouts and they are going to file paperwork against me. I called back and no one answered. Sent me to voicemail, I told them to file their paperwork and quit calling my damn phone with these shenanigans.

I just Got a call from this number 855-873-4013 also, this morning @ 8:59. Who in the world are these people? They left a voicemail saying that they are calling to follow up about a complaint made against me & their next attempt will be to fill necessary paperwork with the local county court.

Called my work, my phone and my in laws house. I answered the phone here at work and said I defaulted on a loan I took out through the internet with the ip address and my work email back in 2010...Told me if I didn't take care of it I would be taken to court. I told them I haven't take a loan out and why haven't they contacted me before now. She said if I do not pay they have no other choice than to turn it over because I refuse to pay and I will taken to court. I told them take me court. Told them they have no evidence or proof. She is even said they have tried to contact me through email. That has not happened. I guess we will see if I get a judgment notice in the mail....NOT!!!

I have gotten into a habit of google searching numbers before I answer my phone because I get so tired of people trying to sell me windows, insurance and security systems. Thanks for listing this. I received a call from this number and saw your post.
