Online tech support for Microsoft products. Reported my computer was not responding due to harmful errors and warnings. Requested I start my computer and he would help me go through steps to fix.

Problem with your computer
Told me they were from Apple and that my mac book pro wasn't working correctly. They asked for a credit card number and social security number, and very malicious I said put me through to the boss and music played a second or two before they hung up
Received this call from 1-855-888-5881 stating problem with my internet connection and that my puter wasn't receiving updates. Told him I had 5 computers and he said we needed to go through them all. Little did he know, I was online typing in microsoft contact info and found a different number. Told Eddie that I needed his number and would call back. Called microsoft to let them know about the scam and they knew. Next called my internet provider to let them know about it.
