Receiving calls from Transamerica saying I owe money from a payday loan. I don't owe the money. I have asked for something in writing to validate the debt and to stop calling until I get it. They called after that. I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission.
Also, the "must" provide you with a validation letter if not they must stop calling. The calls started mid-July.

They keep calling me so I returned a call and the guy wanted me to verify the last four of my social. I told him that legally I don't have to provide it. He said that they needed it to verify that they were talking to the right person. Again I said that legally I don't have to provide it. He said to call them back when I was ready to provide it and I told him that I wouldn't be calling him back. I then hung up and blocked both numbers, the one they call from is actually different from the one they provide to call them back on.

Yes. They called me. I talked with a guy to get info. Then got transferred to the payment dept. Talked with Maria. Started giving her the info for my bank, and then got disconnected before we finished setting up an arrangement. Need to change my info now.

another one of those fake claim in their office scams. They left a cryptic message on both my answering machine and my cell phone stating:" this message is solely intended for(my name) if you are not(my name) please hang up. We are handling a claim in our office. Please call us back at 855 904 7781, referencing claim number ...Again, the number is 855 904 7781. Thank you." I have not and will not called them back; past experience has proven that it is futile to do so; they have a script, they have their orders from whatever vile creature runs the scam operation, and they will not falter.

I have been getting calls from this number - on my cell & my work number - even another co-worker who has an old # of mine gets these calls. They say they have a file # and are trying to collect for an online loan from years ago but do not provide any info. SCAM

I called back and called her out on fraud and told her to remove my number. She protested and argued. She told me the calls would continue and then she hung up on me. I called right back and spoke to her again. I told her my calls would continue until she removed my number. She removed it, and said it would be removed within 48hrs. Then I had her remove my elderly parents phone number. Sick fraud

Just got off of the phone with a very rude person named Martin who had the audacity to call me back after I hung up. He wouldn't give me any concrete details just that they were representing Transamerica and were going to garnish my husband's wages. I told them to send me something in writing because I will not give out info over the phone. Scared me because I thought maybe it was a legitimate company, after reading all of these encounters I feel a bit better. Now I am just pissed.

Recorded voice called and states my daughters first name. Then the give a case number and tell you to call 855-904-7781 with your case number.
They have called me for 2weeks now - calling everyday.

These people called from another number 844-791-2577 & left a voicemail saying they were from Transamerica Consumer Loans. They are not affiliated with the real Transamerica insurance company & I've notified them & will be blocking numbers I don't know!

Received a call today from Carly at 855-904-7781 with a "claim#" about a payday loan in collection. Asked for a company address since she stated that she was from Trans America Consumer Services(TACS). However, she stated that she could not do that because all payments are handled via credit or debit cards.

I called them telling them the're calling a hospital instruct them to take number off list they tell me they will but still calls did the same for my cell # but on my cell I blocked it

These people at 855-904-7781 called my sister looking for me under my old married name. her cell phone is listed under her husband name so I don't even know how they managed to get her cell phone. I have no debts with anyone and I definitely don't have pay day loans ever.

Low-life bill collectors left 3 messages looking for someone named Philipe A. B____. I have had the phone number they are calling for 20 hours years, and I don't know any deadbeat named Philipe A. B____. Lowlifes--stop calling. Philipe-- pay your bills.

If you find out who they are I would like to know as they claim that they have my information including my social security and banking information. I am really nervous about this. I called the company that they said was the loan institution and they said they do not give out personal loans it is strictly a business loan company.

If anyone has an address or can come up with this outfit's location, my firm is in the process of beginning legal action against "CAM Processing" - which is how this company identifies itself. The company/companies they claim to represent have not even heard of them. This is likely a rip-off, which could also include identity theft. Their practices are in violation of several federal statutes that govern collections in this area, specifically the FDCPA, and you may be able to collect $1,000 in statutory damages
