requested I call back using my name and provided a code for me to use by jan. 18, 2016. I looked up number and found this scam website.

Computerized voice supposedly from Sun Trust Mortgage giving a secure mailbox number to access a private message. The message wanted us to confirm some details about our recent refinance, details that would have been on our form that had already been approved and the refinance completed. Checking with Sun Trust confirmed this was a scam.
