Got a call from this number on my cell. It was still ringing when I turned phone off. That was at 150 times!

voicemail from this number was an automated message from my village hall saying there is a code red for a severe weather alert and to be aware of sub zero temperatures for this week. i live in chicago.

I have gotten 4 calls from that number today on my cell. It rings once and then hangs up. Not going to call it back because I am sure it is a scam to get your number or something.
