He called me and said the same thing

Private caller, called my cell, Marcus Smith, will be coming over with papers to sign, gave phone number 855 977 2067 and some reference number. Sounds black American.

This caller called my phone as private and told me I had to sign some papers. Wouldnt tell me what its about just gave me a toll free number to call of 855-977-2067 along with a reference number. Obviously this is a scam.

He said the same thing to me. How do we stop the calls?

A "Marcus Smith" claiming that he has added me to his schedule and will be stopping by to have me sign paperwork. Never mentioned a company or where he would be "stopping by" to have me sign this so-called paperwork.
