No message called on March 28th at 12:39pm, i REDIALED, the recording said not a working number. Please remove and don't answer.

this number has called me so many times and other numbers to with the same recording. Last weekend they even called me from my own phone number with the same recording. Then when I pressed 1 & guy with accent came on the line I asked him to please remove my number from the database & not to call anymore then he yelled, "F*#$ you" and hung up. This is so annoying and how the heck can we stop these calls?
