scam, getting people information, this one 3 individuals show up doing door to door (personal info. collections), with huge smell of MARIJUANA, promising on lowering your electric bill rate, they ask for invoices and then your telephone number, immediately you receive a call from them, from 855-979-1399, waiting for you to say YES, YES and YES and YES...

they call to the supposedly office in front of you from a cellphone in speaker mode, but clearly that by their interaction is no more than some fake interchange of information, as their conversation coordination is null, zero...

they were riding in a 2015/2016 Metallic Grey Toyota SUV
