They called me as well today and said I had a theft by deception against me as well. Also said I used my wife's name as my reference. Funny I wasn't even married to my wife when I allegedly took out a payday loan. Also stated I could pay 590 today or if I decide to take it to court it would cost me over 5 grand. I said let's take it to court and she got upset and said the police will be at my employer, my house and my wife's employer. Cool. I'm looking forward to it. Nobody has shown up so still waiting.
