Total Jackass that wastes my time, I do not have any credit cards, they are just randomly dialing, I get these random dialers all the time, they are violating the Federal Telemarketing Laws.

This Telemarketer is violating the FCC Opt-In Laws, report them to FCC.gov. Their Caller ID also violates FCC laws because it says "Important", not the name of the caller. Let's shut these guys down, call your congressman and senators. If you did not Opt-in previously for the call then these guys are violating the law and can get heavy fines and be shut down by the FCC.

They say "You have been approved by a government program to lower your interest rate". SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!
