Just received this call myself. It was a recorded message introducing itself as James Caston from the US Treasury. It says that they are attempting to contact me in relation to a federal crime and that failure to contact them will constitute as refusal to go before a court or grand jury. It ended with "don't ignore this message, contact us to let us help you". The recording repeats about 5-6 times before hanging up, if they call again I'll grab my voice recorder....
These are scare tactics, several sites on the web point out this scam artist. Apparently it was more prevalent in December (it's April 2016 now). The US Treasury or any US Government department will NEVER try to contact you by phone because that does not constitute a substantial enough notice by US Law. They will send you multiple letters via regular mail.
I'm not calling them back. You shouldn't either.
Received a recorded message that kept repeating from James Caston from the US Treasury told me that I had to contact him regarding an unfortunate matter or I could arrested and sent before a Federal Magistrate or Judge if I did not contact him immediately he also used 551-236-6053

An alleged person from the US Treasury told me that I had to contact him regarding an unfortunate matter or I could arrested and sent before a Federal Magistrate or Judge if I did not contact him immediately. This getting very old. Heard it before. Scam! Blocked the phone number.

Received the same call at least 10 times this week. Scam!
