Called claiming they owned the debt from a new credit card and wanted payment. They do not own the debt; it's all a scam.

This is midland collection management. They Re a junk collector. They buy up charged off debts for pennies on the dollar and try to get you to pay them and or sue you in court. They are very shady and have been sued multiplke times in class a tion lawsuits and by certain states for illegal activities.

Note to all:
Company's sale deliquesce list to the highest bidder! the high bidder has no legal backing, therefor no way to collect or move forward with legal.
in my case i have no bad debt, so not sure why he is calling me, I just hang up when he calls!!

This illiterate dork is calling my cell phone threatening me with "legal action and monitoring." The troll can't even identify a company affiliation, and repeats this stupid mantra about calling to "collect a debt." Unlike these scam artists, I have NOT been dumbed down in Orwellian fashion. How does this FOOL expect someone to believe that they owe a NON-EXISTENT entity.

1 incoming robocall placed on hold, then a male voice said an untelligible name with call center background noise, promptly hanging up.
2 redialed the caller ID # and gt the "this is an attempt to collect a debt...to whom am I speaking" I refused to give a name so he asked for my phone # I said isn't on your caller ID screen? Ok it's ###.. Sir, we are looking for three people (none of which were ever associated with my number or address and 2 that I never heard of). Finally I would bill them for my research before any information. Better yet, send me a job application because you are obviously inept!
