Call my cell phone 2 times a day for last 2 weeks. Have no idea who or why. They don't leave a message and there is no name. Just San Diago Ca.

I have received many phone calls from this phone number (which lists as being from San Diego. I usually do not accept them but this AM at 11:50 am i took the calls to tell whoever not to call here. There was a lot of noise in the background and a man asked for Shelly and then dead silence.
