Unknown: they call all the time at all times. Sometimes midnight or 1 am. They ask for names I don't always understand. I have said soooo many times wrong number, take me off your call list, do not call here again. The calls never stop. They will leave voicemails that are 2 min long of no one talking, I can just hear the call center in the background and lots of muffled noise from the call center.

they called me at 11pm and someone started immediately speaking filipino (i couldnt figure out if it was a man or woman). they asked me if i was filipino and i told them no and they must have a wrong number, so they began speaking english and asked me who my phone provider is. i told them i am not interested and to take me off their call list and they actually said they wouldn't do that and could they instead offer me $5 per call i make to switch to their service. they just kept trying to sell me something while refusing to remove my number from their call list. i told them i was going to report them because they are required to remove my number upon request. they still tried to get information from me, such as my name, location and phone service provider. so i asked for their name and information. they said they were calling from santa cruz, ca from a telecom company and then said something unintelligible when i asked for their name again. when i asked them to spell it, they just hung up.

Ok...so some company "supposedly" in La Jolla CA by their caller ID.

However, this looks like some huge monster of a call-center outsourcer that caters to North American Phillipinos who want to sell stuff to people in Canada and the US without having to pay for labor that actually lives in either of these countries.

Call them back with your number hidden (*67...1-8585687632), you'll get a message:

"2400 is unavailable..." (that's an extension number)

A little experimentation will get you the following valid extensions:

2401 - Billy Espina
2402 - Unavailable (you can leave a nice long gibberish voice mail there, to clog their system))
2403 - Seemed to be busy all the time, might be the extension all the calls are routed out on...??
2404 - Colleen (heavy phillipino accent) Leave a nice long gibberish message
2405 - Sjahari Pullom General Manager (A US NAVY VET!!!! --- OMG -- ought to know better)

5000 - Gets you into their voicemail password system, you enter one of the extension numbers and it asks you for a password (all you phishers and phreakers get busy cracking and posting the passwords)

I called the CA number and entered an extension, and was speaking with someone actually alone in the office at night in the phillipines...had a nice little chat with him and got lots of good info. Apparently nobody there sees Rajeev, Sjahari, et al...I wonder, think there may be some offshore income tax issues here for some of these principals? I'm sure someone can find Sjahari's tax return somewhere, or at least a student visa, or whatever...knock yourselves out!

You can find the company management team BIOS here:

http://www.salesrain.com/managementteam.html

A good thing to do is fill up their voice mail boxes with complaints...so press "1" then enter their extension #### and press "2" to leave a message... (play some Guns-N-Roses or something equally obnoxious)...

You might also notify Sjahari's PhD doctoral advisors at UC San Diego that his name is associated with a number which is being used by a phone card scam company that doesn't respect the do-not-call lists in Canada or the US.

Or alternatively, you might notify this organization that one of their member's names is associated with this number:

xpretzo.com - is based in India (what a surprise!!!)

If you call the San Diego contact number, you get a recorded message that the subscriber's number DOES NOT ACCEPT INCOMING CALLS!!!! OMG! That sounds like a definite problem with the registration records at ICANN.

So what we have here is a bunch of outsourcing fellows that get their educations the US (I was a UC grad too...but I wouldn't do this shit if it was the last job on earth, (THAT much I learned about ethics while I was there), and then they engage in unacceptable (western) business practices simply because they can and the gov't doesn't want to do anything about it.

And in case you want to know their www and mail servers IPs they are...

And here are their US offices Locations:

San Diego, CA 4445 Eastgate Mall Suite 200,

As of Sept 26, 2012 that office was for lease...so they have at least two US addresses now:

I spoke with a nice person in an office on the same floor...seems they keep a pretty low profile, this person didn't know anything about them although their office was almost next door. So there's that.

Now this one looks like their telecomm provider in the US...so perhaps that's how they're routing their VOIP phones so they appear to come from the US when they are actually in the Phillipines;

So it seems that Rajeev is the technical contact for their domain, and also CEO, but the email address listed for technical contact is some "roger" at some ISP in India (what else is new?)

If you want to pay for the call or you've got a cheap line to the phillipines, here is their HR person's direct number:
Rebecca Tiongco
09158091631

She's probably a good person to tell how much you appreciate their calls late in the evening waking up your sleeping children.

And here is their operations manager's page...friend him and tell him how much you love their calls...

And lastly the GRANDE FROMAGE Parvez Khan;

Might be affiliated with this group:

And here's a great report list, that contains a reference to his Indian BPO...

http://800notes.com/forum/ta-4f7d326029dcf9d/ftc-cracks-down-on-indian-call-center-fraudster-debt-collectors-finally

I think these guys are also affiliated with Telerain Inc

That should get people started finding out more about them.

Enjoy the search and payba

There are several companies that use similar phone numbers from Makati Manila Philippines call center and call from 1800-0400 and try to sell international and long distance calls
they know that calling a do not call number is not permitted but say they are not obliged to follow rules since they are not a US company!

He (gay) called me now, 9/23/12 @ 5:45PM Pacific Time (US & Canada)
He said he's from Eastwood, Libis a Telecom company, and I know he will offer some plan regarding long-distance calling abroad. So, I told him already that please not to call me again and please delete my contacts to their database, I told him (gay) that words in a nice way, because I am not rude! But then, I heard he whisper some kinda "fuck you"!!!!!!!!!
What's wrong with him? I am not the one who was bothering or annoying him, that;s his!!!! All my concern is that not to call me again most everyday, every night simply because I am not interested to their offer and I don't wqant to be called by them, and I think that's my right!

Please consider this report. Thanks you and give action to this kind of rude people!
