Called my cell phone at 1:48 pm, 12/11/2014, but I didn't answer. They didn't leave a message.

This number called on 12/8/2014 at 1:10pm. My phone number is a newer number through Assurance in the state of NJ. I am now receiving some calls pertaining to a car that I sold to a used car dealer in Parsippany, NJ of June 2014. The parties calling should not know about this car or my new phone number, because the dealer does not have this newer phone number. This is a scam. Today, I received a call from 858-900-3358 and no one spoke. A few days ago, I received another call about the car that I do not own. There was a problem when this car was sold, because the dealer did not take off or return my plates to me the day I sold the car. They said that they were leaving the plates in their office desk drawer for me to pick up anytime. Instead, the dealer allowed someone to drive off the lot with my old plates, and refused to return my plates immediately to me.

Called and left no message. I called back and it said "all circuits are busy.
