This is the same people just keeps changing the number now they are calling from 8592030846. They call we answer and they say nothing or they breathe heavy in the phone most of the time..Its a man and a woman she calls herself Heather LOL. Why call people over and over again and say nothing?They are harassing innocent people. They need to be stoned to death.
