Same here. They've been calling talking about pre-trial mediation and I have no reason to think they're legit as I have no law suits pending!!!!!!!!

Clay Fisher is obviously a busy man calling all of us to trying to take our money. I received the same kind of call stating there was a case in their office which he never disclosed the name of the business or anything, not even my name.

This number called my cell phone making threats towards me saying that he was going to have me sent to jail for fraud and loans and he also stated that I was stealing money I needed to go to jail for the full 180 days. Hey stated that I needed to speak to someone name Clay a mediator cause my case was headed to court and that he was going to red flag my ass and send me to jail for fraud and send a warrant out for my arrest. I returned their call when I ask question they become RUDE ! I informed them I have an attorney and at that point they hung up !
