I am thinking about suing...here's why:

From the month of January (2010) through the month of April (2010). I have been receiving 12+ phone calls a day from this phone number: 859-283-8071 from 8:12am-9:29pm. When I answer the phone, 'it' hangs up on me. When I don't answer the phone, 'it' does not leave me a message.

You see, I am on a pay-back agreement with CitiCards and I pay $54 per month until I pay my debt completely off (December 2010). I've been making on-time payments every month...however this January, I was 3 days late in making my payment. I called CitiCards direct at: 1-800-347-4934 and paid them immediately(they double-charged me for the month of February to make up for my late payment...and i'm okay with that I guess).

However, because of the late payment in January (even after I paid CitiCards and am currently 'square' with CitiCards), the automated message from 859-283-8071 keeps calling and leaving NO message and when I DO answer the phone, it hangs up on me. In February, I called 859-283-8071 and they apologized that they do indeed see that I HAVE been making payments but that their automated message system is BROKEN and needs to be updated. Keep in mind that it is now April 1, 2010.

I have called them (859-283-8071) 3 times since calling them in February complaining that they call me 12+ times a day until 9:29pm. They apologize and say that their automated message system is supposed to be reminding me of the next payment but they ADMIT that their system is broken and just hangs up on me when I answer.

I told them that all i want is for them to STOP harassing me. I said, "If the automated system has been broken for all of these months, then shut the system down until you fix it". They apologized and said I wasn't going to receive any more calls. The next day, I received my first call at 8:12am and 12+ calls more until 9:29pm that day. It is now April 1, 2010. I called and threatened to sue. They said their automated system is still broke

calls constantly, no message, i'm at work and cant answer phone. harrassement!!

Calls every few hours, leaves no message. I answered it tonight and all I could hear was someone breathing and some girls laughing in the background.

Many calls daily. No messages. Calls about every two hours day and night.
