The first several times they called us it was from an 800 #. We called Sears and they said it wasn't them calling as there was absolutely nothing delinquent or wrong with our account. The calls stopped for awhile then the 859 # began calling several times a day everyday. First a machine comes on saying someone will be with you shortly then a lady with a heavy accent asks for my grandfather. They will not disclose their reason for calling, my husband pretended to be my grandfather and that's when they claimed we were delinquent on payment which of course is false. I have told them to stop calling and they still continue. We've threatened to call police that doesn't work obviously. Time to block them, it's a scam. Do not disclose any information to them.

Do not have an account, Repeat callers

This is Sears Credit Card thru CitiBank. They call us over and over and over. They do not say anything. We had a card that was used in a scam and we reported it. They were going to handle it. Now they continue to bill us and now it is in collections. Never again will be shop at Sears.

They still won't stop calling.

Called my phone 3 times on a Sunday starting at 9:30am. I picked up the phone on the 3rd call & said "Do you know it's Sunday after 4pm?". Male that I was speaking said "Well it's a working day for me". He was asking for unknown person. I told male I was speaking with this & he proceeded to ask me repeatedly "Do you know the person". I said, "What do you think wrong number means?". I asked for his name & company name calling from & he hung up. Total scam operation. I've reported their phone number to FTC complaints department.

We get robo called (it is never a live person) from this number several times a day. Sometimes it leaves a message to call back about our Sears account or go online at SearsCard.com. and sometimes the call just hangs up. I have gone online to check our account and there is no problem. So I just ignore these calls but they are a nuisance and take up most of the space on our voicemail.

Citi bank IS SEARS....they do keep calling me too even though my bill isn't late. So just check your bill to see when do and if not late ignore. But you may not think it's Sears but it is.

5 to 7 times a day. Tell them to stop and they keep calling wanting me to give them my personal info to verify my identity. No way

They say there from Sears card but it's a lie the number is from Lexington KY and my Sears bill comes from Phoenix Arizona

They have also called my home many many times per day. Also a hang up or a message to call them immediately about my account. Note: I have never had an account with Citi. My brother, who lives with me did have an account a year ago, but closed it. They finally talked to me when I answered and asked for my brother's first name with my last name, which are not the same. I asked if I could take a message and they hung up. If you call the number back, they ask you to enter your account number so they can access their account.

They keep calling several times a day and will not leave a message or answer me when I answer the call.

They call at least 5 times per day. - even after they have made contact. This isn't legal...its harassment. I'm blocking them but its still annoying to see their # continue to pop up throughout the day.
