Called me at 10:00 pm 12/14/15 Claimed to be from MS Windows and stated that there was a serious problem with my computer. I chewed their ass for calling me at 10:00 pm on a week night. 2 Same outfit called me again at 4:34 this pm (12/19/15 but number came up as 1-859-355-5528 Tim Hartley . I told him it was scam and hung up. Called again tonight at 6:42 from 1-859-355-5313 , Kentucky. How the hell can I get rid of these ass holes ?

A lady with indian accent called me at 10:00 pm Dec 13 2015 about Microsoft computer...that thing are happening with a lot of numbers and differents names..this number is under Jordan Erin...

I RECEIVED A CALL AT 11 P.M. LAST NIGHT. I JUST FELL ASLEEP AND THE CALL STRTLED ME. THEY DID NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE AND I DIDN'T ANSWER. IT IS REALLY A PAIN THAT THE PHONE COMPANY CAN'T PUT A STOP TO THESE CALLS.

Several calls male and female, claiming I had a problem with my computer. Said they were from microsoft. Said it was urgent I give access to my computer to prevent major problems. When I asked questions they just keep repeating themselves.

Female, Jordan Erin, called to say my computer was at risk. First I was pissed that they would call at 7:30 in the morning. Second, my computer wasn't even on. I asked her how she knew my computer was at risk and she said that it is monitored through my internet provider. Believe me I was getting hot by now and I asked her for phone number, name, managers name and the company she worked for. Click, she hung up.

Called at 7:30 am same person who was calling last week from 859-817-0569 claiming to be Microsoft, told them I didn't speak English in spanish, eventually hung up.

Just call me,Schenectady NY. 8am I know "Sam" he is the one that always calls. Weird I know. But told him it was a scam. He wasn't so happy. He finally hubg up when I kept telling him it was a scam and my computer was fine.

Yes. At 8:15 EST Indian sounding male voice. Same nonsense issue. I told him I was just about to call him about HIS computer problem. He hung up.

Just called me at 10:15 pm in Seattle. I asked the (Indian?) woman if she was calling me from Redmond from the Microsoft campus. She said yes. I asked her what building - she said the Microsoft building. She insisted she could "google it" as easy as I could to prove she's legit. Google, and not Bing? Really? I asked her if she was a v-dash and didn't know what I was talking about. I asked her for her employee number - didn't have one. Boss? Nope. I asked her for her sharepoint handle - didn't have one. Insisted I had malware. Asked her which if my 18 devices she was talking about - couldn't tell me. Told he I too am a Microsoft employee currently logged on via VPN and could troubleshoot together if she could give me the proxy gateway IP... She eventually hung up. I don't work at Microsoft and certainly don't know IT. :)
