Automated message from a company called Medical Alert Systems indicated that a medical alert system was already paid for was ready for shipment and shipping was paid for already. They have called multiple times. There is a option to not receive additional calls. We've chosen that option but the calls continue.

Caller said we had ordered a medical alert system and they needed to send it to us.

Caller wants to ship me some type of "Medical Emergency Alert" device which I did not order nor want under any condition.

Identified himself as John from Medic Alert wanting to deliver a free system that was like the "I'm falling and I can't get up". He has called several times before and even spoke to my underage daughter who told him she was under 18 and he still kept trying to get personal information from her- fortunately she is "scam smart" and hung up telling him not to call back. I told him not to call back and he still keeps calling. I alerted Medic Alert about him because I happen to be a member and have not asked for anything from them. I am contacting Federal Communications. He has called under a different number. This number states he is from Georgetown KY- but who knows.
