I didnt talk to them but on blogs others are reporting a person with an Indian accent offering grants
Not really sure, they took too long to answer back befor i hung up... if they dont answer right away i hang up...
This person is nuts. He ask me to go into business with him. I told him to stick it up his ass and he retaliated by telling he was coming to my house to kick my ass.

Person said that i have won a 7,000 dollar grant from the government., I replied that this call is being recorded and the called hung up. When i tried to call back the recorded message said the number was no longer in service
Claims you are selected to receive a $7000 government grant if you send a $100 donation to new dehli.
