i gto call today and i jsut got this new cell 4 days ago.., i tired to call back and it was busy busy busy =(

I just got the same number call my number and it wasn't listed in my contacts. It was unknown so I didn't answer.

They called at 5:30 pm central time this evening,they didn't leave a message, only the phone number showed on the ID, I blocked my number and called back and all it does is ring busy. Have no clue it shows as a Berea, Ky number.

Its a government test of the tap and tone on your phone line for accurate recordings. I don't have to be a criminal anymore folks. I've been involved in various agencies, is all I can say.

I was just wondering if you would ellaborate on what a tap and tone test means. does it mean my phone is tapped and if so is there any law your aware of that I can call my carrier and they have to tell me if it is? thank you for the helpful info.
