I received a call from 859-740-3189. The call was system oriented. I would not give medical information and I was put on hold so I hung uo. Re-dialed the number and was identified as National Disability and that I had already been contacted and I did not qualify. I am contacting the SSO immediately.

Has called repeatedly. Always the same dialogue. "I'm calling from Senior Care Associates on a recorded line; can you hear me ok?" When we respond, they hang up.
