When I first got this call I had recently bought a new car with an extended warranty so I thought this was legit. They telemarketer takes your name and number and ne3ver identifies herself or the company...then they say they are transferring you to an agent who can help - not an agent - a sales person and hard sell at that...they just assume you are goin to buy what they are selling and they are just writing up the contract... when I realized that this was not MY extended warranty company and started questioning who I was speaking with and who the company was, he got frustrated and really rude...he acted like I had called HIM and when I calrified and told him how I received the call and wanted to speak with a supervisor, he told me he was the supervisor. I told him everyone has a boss which is when he replied, "well you want a warranty, don't you". He said he would take me off their list butit would take up to 30 days....it has been 2 months...guess who I just received a call from...these people are ruthless.

Telemarketing

Called my cell. Nothing is private. Do they think I need them to tell me what I need? I know when my car is under warranty.
