also received call that I was being summoned or served with an affidavit? I don't have anything outstanding debt wise. must be a scam. called from diff numbers or private number as well.
The caller ID showed CitiGroup. The woman on the line said that I was going to be served a court summons tomorrow morning. Its a scam of some sort. I have received the same call from other numbers. Tomorrow and the "summons" never comes..... imagine that!
