a lady left a voicemail as she was trying to serve legal papers. I called back and spoke with Keith Matthews ext 3003. he was extremely rude. When i asked for documentation he refused and starting belittling me about why should i borrow money and not have to pay it back. he should honestly be firing today. i sure wouldn't want him representing me or my company.
