I just got a call no message left. It says Plainville Connecticut on my caller ID and what's messed up is I know somebody who lives there. So yeah it's a telemarketer
I got a call from this number but didn't answer-I don't answer unknown callers. The 860 area code is in CONNECTICUT and not where you have it marked on your map.
