HOLY SCAM! same thing here, and they are using my maiden name that I haven't had for 13 years. They call me at work, which is embarrassing. Tried calling back and got a man who was rude and put me on hold then disconnected.

I GET SEVERAL CALLS EVERY FREAKING DAY:

"I'm contacting you from the process and summons division. I'm calling to notify you that there will be two charges filed against you in your county. Looks like fraudulent activity has been attached to your name and SSN. I do need to make you aware of your legal rights to address your charges before they are filed against you. You will need to do so before you receive your summons at your place of employment or at your home address. Once you're served your rights will be forfeited. Your case number is ******. Their telephone number is 708-983-7973. You will need to speak to someone in their legal department."

Recorded message making false claims about "2 Charges" with included threats. Reported for extortion. They call daily, I dealt with it by simply contacting my provider and having the call blocked and reported for criminal activity.

I received a call from a woman, left a message on my voice mail stating that there were to fraud charges against my name and ss number. If I do not return to the call and speak with a representative of the legal department at 860-726-7969, a summons will be sent to my place of employment or home address. When calling person unable to accept calls mail box is full, or you will hear music playing in the back ground.

Call every day and leave the same message of charges against me. Tired of receiving these calls. You can listen to the whole message and never get to a real person.

Yes I have had numerous calls form this number 860-726-7969 Stating I have to charges against me than when I go to talk to them and defend myself they hang up on me and when I call back they always put me on hold. Never let me speak to a manager. Im going to call a lawyer this not right this has to be a scam very stressful!

they called and we know better than to not check the area code. we also know we have no charges filed against us as we are in excellent standing all around. I will call my cell company and the police. assholes

Horrible scam! Left a message saying charges would be filed against me at my place of employment if I didn't call back. Gave a case number and phone number to call back, I am to ask for legal department.
