called me today said they were doing a survey for customers of a New Bern Power. I am not a customer.

Came up as unknown name then a guy that barely spoke English was asking me for my personal info for a husky survey.... After 9pm. It's after normal work hours and they want me to give them info they already have for an update.... I hope anyone else hangs up the phone like I did.
