Its an energy company requesting that you change electric company. Its name is Discount Energy in Hartford CT

Enough is enough, geeze, I got tons of these phone calls and also from 860-761-9968. Then I searched and found a easy way to stop these calls. There's this do not call service for a small number of companies that call consumers that want to minimize complaints and save time not calling people who don't want to be called. All you have to do is call 307-223-0458, give them the caller's phone number to verify it's on their list and the receiving phone number to add to the do not call list.
Don't know for sure. I've told them several times to take me off their list because I can tell they are a telemarketer. Very cheeky phone reps. Now I either don't answer or pick up for a second only before hanging up.
