it's fun to play with these people. You act super stupid and make them repeat themselves multiple times and it gets them very angry. Then once they have you navigate to your event log which is where they try to make you think that all of those little errors that never got cleared out are BAD! Oh nO!! let them go on and tell you a little more and then finally tell them that this is your work computer that you are a business and you will need to get the IT guy to talk to them and they will immediately hang up.
Called saying I had a virus on my computer. I told her I didn't own a computer so she was a liar and hung up. Lol
He said he was from Microsoft Windows virus Dept. I had a virus. I told him he was the virus and I would report him.
I received a call from this number moments ago from a female who claimed she was calling to talk to me about my Microsoft operating system. She further claimed that her name was Sarah Johnson, but she had an accent. She also said that this call was being recorded for training purposes. Although she talked very fast, she did say that she was calling to alert me so that if I'm a victim of identify theft, Microsoft would not take responsibility. Again, I asked her to slow down so that I could understand what she was saying. She then asked me if I was hard of hearing, said she'd told me twice what her name was. Asked me why I was being so stupid, I told her to drop dead and hung up.
Told me was call about my operating system-said wasn't interested-indian sounding guy told me I was a goof and a moron lol
