Received call from this number on 9/7/2016 at about 10:15 am CDT. Voice was obviously synthesized and command of English laughable. No wonder most people recognize this as a SCAM!!!!

They're coming to get me...Oh no...I violated something and need to appear before a magistrate!!! SCAM!!!

Absolute scam; off shore call; do NOT call them back. They call and call and call and they are what you hear about on the news. Magistrate or Grand Jury call - about owing taxes. We don't HAVE magistrates in the US. Idiots. Scam Scam Scam. And word to the wise. If you answer when they call, do NOT engage them but simply hang up. They use software to mask the number they are calling from. It can show up as a local call. Just hang up. Trust me....
