3-4 calls in 24 hours. No one answered, no messages either

Caller ID shows "NEW JERSEY, 862-231-2554" so I usually just let it ring. The call A LOT, so we decided to answer today. The caller said they were collecting donations for the Multiple Sclerosis FOUNDATION. We give to the MS Society, so we asked to be taken off of the call list. We'll see.

Bastards have called my house EVERY day for the past three weeks! Have never left a single message. When you try to call them back, you get an immediate recording that says "this number is not in service". So somehow they can continue to harass me (and I'm sure many others) daily, yet their phone number is not in service. Figure that one out. These people should be jailed!!!!!!

Annoying! They call at least once a day and never leave a message! Very tried of this!

Ever heard of a business that does NOT want to be found? All legit businesses list their company names on phone id. Keep a whistle handy and blow it in the ear next time you answer one of these non legit calls and answer with a loud whistle in their ear!

No message - called the number back and it was disconnected.

Isn't that convenient.? I try to call the number back and it is not in service. This confirms it is owned by a phone co.pay as you cannot call them back.

got a call from this number earlier. no message. and for the past several days I've gotten calls and texts from some unknown numbers or numbers that are then disconnected. most likely it's a con artist using multiple numbers. karma will come their way. they may not believe it. but we shall see...
