Wanted to lower my credit card interest rates.....

I answered it one time and it said that this is the final call to decrease my credit card interest rate. Never said what company they were with. Said to please hole, so i did just to see who it was. Some guy got on the phone and asked to speak to someone that was NOT me, i said you have the wrong number but he kept talking. i let him talk and at the end I asked who he was looking for, he said who again and I said "well if you were listening i told you at the start of the conversation that you had the wrong number." He hung up.

Requestin that I lower my credit card rate..i do not have any credit cards

Supposedly a credit card company that calls with a recording. Don't bother to pick up, it's a waste of your time and your minutes.
