These people continue to call me on and on, day after day. Well, I have disregarded it until today when he threatened me. He said he was sending the police to pick me up. When I got off the phone, I called my friend, who is an attorney. He did some research, and found that these calls have been made to millions of people in hopes of getting money out of them. These are dangerous people because they know way too much information about me and all the other people they are trying to sam. My attorney is filing a report to the FBI and TBI to have these frauds investigated, and hopefully arrested. I will keep you all posted if I know anything else. BEWARE of these SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!
Received call from man identifying himself as Officer Dvid Cooper. Called my daughter and a co-worker. From the Attorney General's office in Florida
threatened jail time
They have been calling me on my cell and at work for almost a month now! After catching on that is was a scam they actually admitted it!!!
This guy David Smith, with a very heavy accent, has been calling my employeement asking for one of our employees. Says he is with the Criminal Dept of ****. Always mumbles. When asked to speak clearly. Gets upset. Gets very rude and threatening. Wants money from person. When offered to send cashier's check, money order or credit card. He only wants a debit card number. Calls the employee 3-5 times a night threatening to send police or someone after her if she does not give him a card number. Calls employement everyday threatening and called 8 times yesterday. I have reported him to the NCISAAC. NExt will be the local SBI. He has broken so many laws now that he will serve time. Communicating threats. This is also a cell number. He makes it look like he is calling from 911 or your local sheriff's dept. 911 doesn't call out randomly. Only calls back on hang ups to make sure it isn't a real emergency and it doesn't come up 911.
