They said that I fraudulently got a pay day loan. That if I do not have my attorney or myself call them then in 2 business days I will have a sheriff deliver court paperwork for me to appear. I do not have any pay day loans out there. SO I do not know what is going on.

I have been getting harassing calls from this number and the person has a foreign accent. I barely understand what they are saying. They keep calling about a legal matter that I owe money and they are going to take me to court. I got so nervous that my blood pressure went up and I started to panic and cry. I was really nervous. They had my information and names of people I knew. They wanted a letter of intent and a nice size lump of money in 2 hours or they would take it further. I was advised not to do this and send nothing.

I keep getting phone calls from a Samantha June but she doesn't speek plain old english. She has been leaving hassassing messages on my phone for over a week every day sometimes 2 and 3 times a day. She tells me they have my information and this is a legal matter and they are going to take legal action if I don't get back to her. the first couple calls were not to bad but they get worse with each time she calls. I'm getting ready to report her to verizon wireless. she calls me from 863-455-1172.

I received 6 telephone calls from this number. They also had called my co-workers stating that
I used them as a reference. They threatening me with legal law suits.

I received a call from this number as well. When I spoke to the woman I aske her what this was in regards to and she stated that I owed money from a loan back in 2009. She also mentioned that there would be a warrent out for my arrest within 2 hours. When I asked her for my personal info- such as my social sercurity she could not provide it to me. I am wondering how I can file a claim against this company so they do not continue to make these calls to other people.
