They called, and I picked up to a computer voice telling me that my credit card's interest rate could be lowered, but this opportunity expires today. I pressed 1 to be connected to a live operator so I could ask to be taken off of the call list. When I asked, the operator hung up immediately.

My daughter just got called at work on her cell phone which not to many people have. She did not answer and they left no voicemail. I have told her not to answer calls in which you do not recognize the number. She then in turn called me and I googled the number and apparently they have been very busy calling everyone else this morning. lol. I am so proud of her for not answering.

Wow lots of calls from this number are being reported here today. Funny thing, the number they are calling me on is a new phone number which not many people have. I set up a payment plan with Paypal credit today and had to give them this new phone number in the process. A couple hours later and I'm getting spam calls from 1-863-559-5991 so it obviously has to do with shady activities regarding Paypal Credit. Per usual.

Paypal thing may be a coincidence, these people probably have no idea who owns the numbers they are calling, who knows, I don't have a Paypal and they called me, I've had my number for a while and my only credit card is with my bank (Wells Fargo) and I don't carry a balance. so I don't think it's related but who knows. Probably just someone trying to scam people out of card or ssn numbers.

This probably has nothing to do with your PayPal account. What happens is they dial numbers in sequence. For example, they'll dial 123-456-7890, then dial 123-456-7891, then 123-456-7892, etc. They're just dialing in sequence, so if your number is unlisted or new, it doesn't matter.

I got a call from this number twice within the hour first call I didn't answer second one I answered when I did I got a machine voiced asking if I want a lower interest rate on my credit card and that today was the last day to do it and if I do to press 1 I pressed 1 and got a lady asking for a credit card number I said I was happy with my interest rate and she hung up moral of the story don't pick up on phone numbers you don't recognize is usually a scammer

I took this call today and pressed one to talk to someone. After politely asking them to take me off their list I was called a B_T_H and hung up on. WOW

Called me while at work but did not answer! no voicemail! funny how the phone says they are from lankland, fl and i found out they are from kansas.... scam!!
